You'll probably see a direct coronation to roster spots and money made. MLB doesn't actually have many per team and the Yankees overspend like no other.

Was it just the guys in the majors or on the major league DL at the time of number collection? Or did they include AAA guys who had had major league service time recently enough to qualify.

That was last years biggest tournament pay day. The top earners can make between $10000-$30000 a year.

I was amazed about how much Dale Jr was worth? 300,000,000

His closest rival in NASCAR was Jeff Gordon who is worth 150,000,000. Everybody else including Dale Sr was worth less than 100,000,000.
The next 5 to 10 years will be interesting with the new mono tar changes coming and how it will affect future wealth in the U.S.

For comparison, the average salary in the English Premier league is about $3.58M per year. Other leagues are significantly less.
