If the intent was to get the 4 best teams in the playoff, UGA should be there.

It's remarkably the same as Clemson should have finished fsu. There wouldn't have been this weird division on tnet of those defending fsu vs those who knew fsu wasn't a playoff team.

Georgia is one of the top four teams. Yes they should’ve handled business against Alabama but Alabama has grown into a very good team.
The committee screwed up by having Florida State ranked too high to begin with. They were never a top four team

But Clemson can overcome that precedent in 2024 by beating UGA and staying healthy.
