Intrepid, I know a lot of Auto Mechanics that have been
working in garages and dealerships for many years that
have a bad back and believe me they don't have much time
to sit down.

standing desk. Us older ones are asking for better desk chairs. Although I do have a drafting board that I have to stand at and I use at least once a week.

Used one for about 10 years, mixed reviews from me, it definitely helped my back, but I could not concentrate as well when standing, even after years of practice. Now that I’m semi retired I need to sit at the desk for only 2 to 3 hours a day, so I went back to a regular desk
