but I have to believe that Dabo is extra motivated to break Bowden's ACC wins record at Bobby's house, and I think our team will rally into that motivation as well.

Surely giving them an at home OT win last year, a revenge win shoukd motivate but add in giving Dabo the ACC winningest coach title should make the boys kick some Noles up and down field.

After that fluke of an outcome last year I think Clemson will come into this game with one thought in mind....Absolute destruction on the Criminoles home field in their junk pile of a stadium.

Not worried at all. It's a rivalry game, a payback game, and they will want to win it for Dabo. They will play with a chip on their shoulder all season long to disprove the "but they haven't played anyone good."

The cancelled game from a few years ago still leaves a bad taste in the mouths of Clemson fans, players and coaches. Add that to the fiasco last year and I cannot see motivation being an issue this week.

We need to do 2 things: 1) break the record and 2) whup FSU badly. Then I will feel better.

We won't take FSU lightly; because they beat us the last time we played in DV.

They have a Clemson alum on their team; that many of the players will want to ensure they beat. So, later on Social Media, there won't be any questions as to who's the best.

Cade - will want to play well because he knows the QB that left school b/c he was taking over "will be watching"! Don't underestimate this point.

The assistant coaches will push the: "do it for Coach narrative far more than Dabo"! In fact, they will be extra fired up, I would think to make sure Clemson puts it's best foot forward toward securing a win.
