Can coins help your 2020-22 % drop due to political viewpoints?

I’m tired, as an alumnus and donor being called and suspected as a coot because of my low %. You get punished for 1st amendment practice and being left of most on here. No room for a certain group of us to pout. Others have pouting rights-some like me get called coot and get thumbs down.

your post[s].
And yes, they've both TD & TU posts.

As for the other TDs you've received, they've likely been earned for that and other similar crap.

The low % is the key to a ton of TNetters who "weaponize" the TD in an attempt to get others thrown off of TNet, or in the least, made to look like USC fans (as you say) with low "approvals" (?)
Been called a coot? Me too...and I'm a 3rd generation graduate.
I'm not sure how the entire process works (not sure anyone does), but I would say that it's pretty stupid how the low-% is used, in essence, to keep others from commenting.

to a sport website driving a "pulse", a posters ability to navigate casual conversation without steering it onto the rocks? Beware of the Sirens' song.
Maybe these people are just too daft to be part of a reasonable conversation? Maybe it's not always what someone says, but how they say it? Maybe, if it's so important to these people, they could do better?
Also, it's a free site, 100,000+ user accounts, some rival fans come wearing their team colors proudly eg Confessed Coot and then many others come as interlopers with nothing save derision as an offering.
It's sport, which has games and games are meant to be fun.

I don’t have any stats, but anecdotally I’d say there’s a pretty good correlation between low-pulse and stupid/bad take posts. If your pulse is low, it’s low for a reason.

Saying DJ sucks: TD Saying DJ is a great kid with character: TU
That's all it really takes....that and a load of butt-hurt from opposing view points.
Ever seen a TNetter who has 400+ blocked accounts? They exist.
You don't pump sunshine into the forum, you get ratio'd.

My suggestion for improving your % is sticking more to sports and discussion, less to politics and whining. Well thought out posts are generally rewarded with thumbs up even by some people who don't agree with them. Emotional posts - especially when whiny and not excitement - don't fare as well.
Hope this helps.
