Dabo is the enemy to most of you. After reading numerous posts on this subject I believe, in the long run, it will be the right decision. Even though weed isn't that big of a deal, it is in the eyes of the government. Sammy is a kid who will learn from this some life lessons and that is more important than any win on the football field. Lastly, think what would have happened if Dabo would've pulled a Spurrier and sat Sammy out for a half of the Auburn game. Yeah, we definitely would feel more comfortable with our chances of winning but at what cost? Many players could see this light punishment as favoritism which can divide a locker room and guarantee failure. Also, the media would have tore us a new one as well as rival fans on the boards. With all that said, I believe in Dabo and his decisions. He is building this program on morals and stature which is why Clemson is such a classy team and university. But one thing I ask is while you may not agree with Dabo, do not come on here and bash him for making the decision that was 100% needed. Let's move on because no one wants to see you complaining about. You gotta be All In!

Great post. Great call by Dabo. Clemson win with class. This is why so many Mother's want to trust their sons to Dabo and dear old Clemson.

This is bigger than a football game. I love Clemson football but these players have a life to live after football. You don't want them being thugs like USuC.

I think by and large dabo has done a good job as a head coach. I disagreed with one of his decisions. This does not mean that i don't like dabo. You don't have to agree with everything someone does to support them.

Have you guys noticed that when Dabo lays the hammer down he gets positive responses? It seems that Dabo can very clearly show anyone the light at the end of the tunnel, and help them get there. Thats an AWESOME skill set for a coach.
