Good chance that happens if Oklahoma wins. That’s also assuming Top 3 win.

I do think if we win out we are in but some will think the sky is falling.

The CFP committee has already shown that they like what we've done so far and like what we're doing currently.
If we win our remaining games we will probably rise in the standings, not drop, regardless of the scores.
I don't believe they like "defenseless" teams that give up 50+ points in a win no matter who their QB is or what he's doing on offense.

So you think that the Syracuse loss is enough to move it, correct?
Right now, Clemson is one ranked win above OU (2 if the committee is looking at where teams were when the played, which you could assume with Bama at #6 with only 1 top 25 win...means they are looking at FSU's initial ranking...if applied the same for Clemson, Louisville gets counted). Clemson has the better Strength of schedule and strength of record (2 & 3, vs 16 & 4), and the most wins of any of the top 6, if not top 10, against teams with winning records...
So at best, OU ties with Clemson in ranked wins next weekend if they win and has a better loss, but not overall better wins, not SOS, nor SOR...but you think that's enough to jump them? That's the logic the committee has to look at...it'd come down to SOS/SOR/wins vs winning teams vs which loss is better. Do you think 1 point erases 3?

Why would OU want to be in the CFP and have to possibly play CLEMSON? They've had their butts crushed repeatedly, so why want more of that? They might can beat Bama, but CLEMSON owns them. Do not worry about OU. They will self-destruct.
