Playing with a lead and trying to play preventive IMO is a sure way to lose a game IMO!!! We all have seen that playing preventive FB has been the main cause of teams losing...

That might be where having a compromised backfield forces them to be less conservative with a lead.

I've wondered if those times Dabo put the reserves in early in the 2nd half after they had run up the score kind of conditioned our starters to phone it in.
