Deon Cain has always had more talent than maturity. He'll be 27 in a few weeks and is ready to take on NFL challenges. Like his chances to stick with an NFL team in 2023 and wish him the best.

Outside 1 suspension in 2015, what has he done to show this lack of maturity you speak of?
The real reason he hasn't panned out at the NFL, yet, is that he tore his ACL early in his career and he's had a few bad drops. Other than that, he just hasn't had a few breaks go his way. However, he's been a good teammate and stayed out of trouble.
The reality is, the fact that he's still grinding and his getting another chance is a huge sign of maturity.
Like you though, I wish him the best. Would love to see him at Cleveland or Jacksonville, around some Clemson QBs.

Although not for the same reasons, I hope he doesn't go the way of Martavis Bryant. I think Cain just didn't take it serious enough . With all his God given talen, it was never difficult to be the best or one of the most talented Ted guys in the field. That don't cut it in the league. Hard work ans focus, Cain has the ability to be hatever e wants.
Bryant was one of the most gifted WR'S IVE EVER SEEN. He could have been everything that Callvin Johnson was...he is that talented. I hated seeing him throw it away.
