There is a reason rivalry games are important. If they went to the SEC championship after we beat them I would be laughing my @ss off.

It's a national joke right now that we are playing SMU in the ACC championship. People on the highlight shows are laughing at it.

Again... I don't care to the point if affects my happiness. But Coots are pleased by it and it enhances our embarrassment for losing to them and having a weak schedule. If SMU kills us we sink lower.

And Clemson wins the ACCCG, they will have beaten two conference champions. That’s impressive and hard to deny a spot in the playoffs.

compared to most teams. Don't forget, those close SEC losses count as wins vs every non-SEC team. The ESPN lobby will be intense to put them in if they have beaten the ACC Champs on their home field.
