Hot take... but when looking at our personnel... I would argue the one place we

are the weakest is at safety. I'm not talking about depth. I'm talking about what is on the field. I really feel good about our personnel on defense across the board, with the exception of safety. We just don't have the speed there that we have had in the past. That's probably why Hanafin moved over.
I don't include RB b/c I'm not talking about injury riddled positions.
If we can sure up safety, I really, really like our personnel.

He's a hitter and has played well. I believe Mickens has a shot at the NFL if he has the 40-speed.
Uncertain who brings it at Safety in 2025. Any answers?

if it's scheme, or what, but when he gets matched up on the slot or on a RB, it just seems he doesn't have the closing speed and teams have taken advantage.

Losing that kid/recruit to GA tech hurt this recruiting cycle. He was laser time at 4.3. How in the world does Clemson loose a kid to tech..? (I know it’s money but we thought we really needed that kid).

Conn, much like Grisham, and for whatever reason has seen to the severe decline in that position group. He cannot recruit, and they look confused more times than not, especially when attempting to cover RB and TE.

That is a total cop out. The reason is the head coach of the team who doesn’t even try to land good players anymore…..Conn can’t do what Dabo won’t…. we also didn’t land any of the top offensive lineman we wanted. Are you going to suggest that Matt Luke can’t recruit? We also lost one or two cornerbacks… is that Mike Reeds fault?

considering the decisions made with roster management....absolutely.
Could coaching be better...sure. But ppl dont want to admit we have considerably less talent than we did a few years ago. And alot less talented depth.
There is a reason we falter late in games.......
NO one(school/coach, etc) is doing this to us.................................................

The leader has chosen to be this way and now we made the playoff as easily the worst playoff contender ever no changes will be made and in 2 seasons we won’t have any lucky chances to make the ACC championship because other teams that try and have been trying will pass us by. Georgia Tech is the first team that comes to mind.

From roster management to in game decisions….
The best 2 things we had going against scar were Cade and Sammy Brown. Dabo handcuffed Cade in 2nd half and let Wes bench Sammy 😂 good job fellas
