Lake Hartwell Water Level: Re

So we was guessing the other day, but it looks like the lake came up about 3.3 ft with rainfall being around 4 inches.
So 1 inch of rain is approx 10 inches in water level.
Hard to get an exactimate on rainfall since a lot is based on what's coming down from the mountains and what's falling over the 56 thousands of acres that is the lake.
I looked at the discharge and it looked pretty normal / didn't affect the calculation.

But then maybe good again? I normally don’t start fishing for stripers till Feb anyway so I’m cool with this timeframe.
Where is the schooling bait? That’s what I want to know

(used to be one owner's property when the 2 ponds were built). It's about 25' above mine. I don't mind because it doesn't hurt anything. Plus it's a cool looking dry stream bed that beautifully comes to life.
and my pond is about 50' above Lake Keowee level and its overflow goes into Keowee when it tops over (has natural emergency spillway/stream bed to prevent topping my ###). Because 6" PVC drop inlet can't handle it all in a rain this strong.
Kinda like this drawing:

Both overflows were high rapids late Tuesday afternoon eventually pumping a pile of water straight into the lake. That 4+" rain was easily 2' pond height.

$10M piece of property on Keowee, or if you just have a few acres that are close to the lake. You're quite the incognito.
Remember that time we were on the same flight and I sat in the row in front of you and we didn't even know???

is about 100' of elevation. On the tip end of a cove but unfortunately you gotta be a mountain goat to get down to the lake from my house. It's a 60 degree+ bank. A lake dock would be kinda laughable, access is just not possible, I'd need to build a tram (like some of those zillionaires on Jocassee) or some sort of massive half mile long winding staircase, and I'm just not interested in trying that right now. I'm sure you're familiar with that type terrain on certain areas of the lake.
The good is I never have to worry about a flood or flood plain insurance rates. If my house (over 100' above the lake level) ever floods, there's already been thousands of deaths before I'm wiped out.
