Not sure if we will find a better replacement, but it is quite clear we are witnessing a man cracking under pressure. Seems like he and Neff had a discussion that it is NCAA tourney or bust.

It’ll be like pulling a pitcher after he gives up a grand slam. Years too late. Has damaged what little team we had for decades.

If I would have been paid all the money that Brownell has collected since becoming HC at Clemson, I would be set for life, and my kids would be set for life. How could our administration heads have been so easily fooled by Brad's lack of recruiting and coaching talent?

I'll believe it when I see it. It genuinely would not surprise me if he were back. It seems the administration is content with mediocrity. Which is why so many are apathetic about roundball. There seems to be no plan or genuine desire to change the trajectory of the program.

If that's honestly the way you feel about the Tiger fans being over watching Brad and his mediocre basketball year in and year out over the past 14 years, if we are so lucky to see him replaced after this season, I hope that you will follow him to wherever he goes until you finally get enough of watching it. His time at Clemson has been more than enough for most Clemson fans!!!

The problem is, I can completely see us finishing the season and grabbing like a 10 seed which will be “justification” for him to stay

after all the hype and how this season began. Simply getting in as a 7-10 seed and losing round 1 should not be seen as an accomplishment.
