I think it is unfair to compare Cade and Tajh at this point. Tajh didn’t take off until his 3rd year in the program. Tajh took over his redshirt sophomore year. Cade is only in year 2.

Anyone with a brain knows Cade will be a much higher NFL prospect than Tajh ever was. Maybe that’s not you though?

-Tajh threw a nicer deep ball
-Tajh was a more effective scrambler
-Tajh had the weight and strength to get the tough short yards on QB keeps that Cade doesn't
-Tajh didn't stare down receivers
-Cade is a faster runner
-Cade is more accurate on short to midrange passes
That's about it. Cade's gotta figure out how to read coverages, go through receiver progressions, and step up in the pocket when it's there before he will be sniffing the NFL. Maybe he gets there, maybe he doesn't, but you're banking on a lot that may or may not happen to assume he's a lock to go higher than Tajh.
