It’s a fam thing, with papagrouching rapidly declining, be nice to be 2 1/2 hrs from the folks rather than 10.
Anyway, if it does happen in the coming months, it would be probably the Navy facility down there. Where would be the desirable locations to live at with decent schools in the area, and neighbors with golf carts and garage bars, other than Waldo or Awendaw?

This place is declining rapidly. Crime's up, the roaches are YUGE, prices are through the roof, and it's starting to resemble the Newark airport more than anything. Yep, would definitely go to Charleston. There or Hilton Head.

But frsrs, the direction you go from NIWC depends on your budget and what specs you're looking for. You're probably not looking for 900 sq. ft. with kids, so....probably northward.
