And if so, is there a cap on it? Cuz if not, we are already way behind SEC and B10. We will be like the Marlins competing w the Yankees or Dodgers.
I like what he said about the changes to NIL, but I don’t see how we are anymore equal considering the ACC TV contract lags so far behind the Big 10 and SEC.

to a player playing for a certain school. Now you can always give a wink and a handshake, but that would be a lot of risk for a business owner to pay a kid big bucks for him just to transfer to another school.

House vs NCAA decision. It's supposed to be equal across the P4:/ conferences and schools. The schools have to fund it.

Who wins? Once again the lawyers do. Every Top 20 school has a team of lawyers combing through any proposed guidelines to see where they will twist and distort any language to keep the playing field anything but level.

As I’ve been saying for this entire season. Clemson is set to be THE program to play for in the future. That will not go away for a very long time and will give Clemson the ability to be selective on players and coaches alike.

I would agree but that's also largely contingent on Dabo sticking around for that ride ahead. I know folks like to claim that it's Clemson and we're bigger than any one coach, and they'd be correct, but expecting similar superlative results alongside is folly.
Would any fan want any one of the three coaches' performances prior to Ford to come back? Or the three between Ford and Dabo? That's a 25% hit rate - for Clemson.

Coach Swinney has been sticking around for this very moment because it’s the perfect storm. Clemson will have 5 Star recruits riding the pine at Clemson and players leaving will not have any effect on performance whatsoever. You’ll see.

plus 35+ years of equity, real estate, and other investment experiences ... Point is I have no idea what Dabo is talking about. What is the business plan, the entry/exit criteria, and the expected ROI?
Should Neff not be explaining this game plan?
Edit: I see that Neff has made a statement on NIL. I missed it. It sounds like "Send us your money. We will distribute the funds in full to whoever we are able to recruit." Is that right?

Dabo is holding out for the revenue sharing. I think we will be in a good spot when that happens. Have to hold out and retain players/culture until that happens
