Was thinking same exact thing. Thats just how baseball works, unfortunately. Really good days, then rough days where you can't catch a break.

Didn't even see him in the picture. Would think he'd be yelling and pointing right down at bag for Beer to stop on bag, but also could have been waving him around to not stop. If ball is fielded cleanly 3rd baseman throws to first and hitter very well may have beat that out. If he beats throw to first, run scores. Tough spot.

And yet another out on the basepaths after the ball bounces perfectly back to the first baseman from the dugout. It's kinda comical now.
