Cuz the pitching was great. But Mahlstedt did give up a HR, so he should be kicked off the team immediately.

He is, at the college level. Probably not professionally, but you never know. He could increase his speed, or pitch to contact really good.


But he’s like a right-handed Pat Krall to me.

Already 14 saves, tied 2nd for most saves in a season in Clemson history. And there’s a bunch of games left for him to get the most. Which would be 16.

a 90-92 mph fastball, with a wipeout slider with that arm slot will definitely play in the pros.
