It'll get to little league. Lighten up. The kids love it and it's good for Clemson. Baseball is still catch throw hit no matter what.
Ok, like I said in the other thread. Post plenty of spring practice feedback for the lucky ones that can go!!!

I'm sure they do like it, it's just my opinion is different about it. Like with the baseball gloves, it reminds me of the ladies painting their nails!!!

Well, since they were Rawlings they probably didn’t care.
These gloves are very we’ll mad and really nice leather. Each player was able to customize their glove so they will all look a little different. Clemson is the first and only collegiate team to be sponsored by AR. Gloves and stuff is wildly popular with the kids and will be great for marketing and exposure.

Thanks for the information. I didn’t know what a glove loop is but it sure gave me a good laugh. Sorry, I’m old school but in high school ball, we had a glove that we used in latter years of little league, pony league and colt league. Didn’t have sliding gloves, or batting gloves or sunglasses that are evidently to be worn on the hat and not the eyes. Our team shared maybe 3 or 4 bats wood of course. 5 or 6 years later while playing softball in the city or county leagues, batting gloves became a must, I guess because our heroes used them? Our main piece of equipment then became a large cooler for the beer, shared a few aluminum bats and that was it. What memories!!!

Swag and drip helps win and gets love that stuff. I’m older and didn’t have this stuff but who cares. Wish we did. It’s the same with cleats. I don’t know how hard it is to understand the days of Cobb Webb’s are gone. As a coach now I love the gear like unis and shirts etc. gloves would be cool and cleats if I played still.
