I was fishing around in the fridge for a poke butt I’d ordered to grind for Eye-talian sausage. For bolognese or zuppa tuscano or whatever. Well I be, the dang thing is missing. Ms Slac don’t know not about it…I’m plum confused. Pass LilSlac2 on the hallway and I ask if he’d seen the ghost pork butt. He says, well yeah, i put it on the smoker, it’ll be done round 8am.

Slachouse be having BBQ tomorrow instead of Eye-talian delights. I’m OK with that.
