Living in NC during teen years and college, NC State football fans were trash. Hard to not like Valvano and the Cardiac Pack

I live here in NC..Mack is a good guy and his radio show is really good - tells it like it is good or bad. The whole NCSU is third class. Valvano was the only one I cared for in sixty plus years!

The only piece of #### is the man calling the tarholes a piece of #### ....this is no defense of UNC but I can't stand Doeren and in my book he's way worse than Mack Brown, no question

Yeah I agree. I was defending Mack against the Doeren comment because he's a good dude. I just can't in good faith, defend UNC as a whole lol

I like Mack Brown. When Dabo got the Clemson head coaching job, he called several established coaches wanting to meet with them and get advice. Mack was the only one who helped him out. I will always respect him for that. Plus, he's just got a lot more class than Doeren. I've attended many games at both places and have never had a problem with UNC fans. NC State fans are a different story.

The only coach I despise more than Doeren is Ryan Day for obvious reasons. But that’s why cameras shouldn’t be everywhere at all times. That was nothing compared to what I’ve heard coaches say about other teams in the locker room.
As far as Mack goes I’ve always liked him but he has been whining an awful lot the past year. He has known about this since the game and waited to bring it up in his NSD presser? Could it be he was trying to take attention away from a lackluster recruiting class?

I don’t like Doeren but he was celebrating, in what he that was a private celebration, with his team. So what he called them pieces of s. He wasn’t saying to the UNC players faces but behind closed doors celebrating with his team. It’s a rivalry. I wouldn’t care at all if Dabo did the same with the Tigers after beating the chickens.
