Anybody know face value for Clemson tickets (each game)?

Any IPTAY reps on here? I have a buddy who I am giving my tickets this week to, and he insists on paying me face value for them, which is understandable - I'd insist the same if he were giving tickets to me. He's my friend, I don't want to screw him over and he doesn't want feel like he is taking advantage of me.
But Clemson has a new terrible habit of not stating the ACTUAL face value for tickets any more. I've looked but haven't found anything reliable.
So.....what IS the face value for tickets to each game? I am not using Ticketbastard or SeatGeeks for reference because those prices are wack.
Season tix were $500 each this year. My best logical guess going from previous years that adds up to $500 is
CSU - $50 FAU - $50 FSU - $125 WF - $50 ND - $125 GT - $50 UNC - $50
I'm sure that's not exactly correct, but it makes the most sense to me, the FSU and ND being comparable premium games, with the the others basically the same level.
Side Lamentation: Why do they make EVERYTHING so much harder these days than it used to be?

adds up to over $800.
No way they discount season tix >$300.

That's factored down to spread the cost to the total

of $500 for season tickets.
Pretty sure face value is $65 and not $40.12.....You know what I mean, like, there's never been true face value with $0.12. And the values I'm showing here as face came directly from the IPTAY office.

not being a CPA myself......
(note: disregard the IPTAY donations, seat equity, parking permits, and such)
As an example --- according to this official IPTAY data, I paid $277.76 ($138.88x2) for 2 tickets to the Notre Dame game. If I sell them for the stated "face value" ($225 each), I make $172.24 profit on these 2 tickets. Correct? How does the taxman interpret this?
If I buy a season ticket ($500) and sell them for face value ($810), what is that $310 considered? Is it taxable income? Or since it is considered "face value" by the promoter is it legally zero profit?

with the tickets.
Therefore, it's irrelevant.

so officially, as weird as it turns out, true face value for each ticket is:
CSU - $30.86 FAU - $40.12 FSU - $77.16 WF - $67.90 ND - $138.89 GT - $67.90 UNC - $77.16
I reckon my buddy will owe me $80.24 for the 2 tix. ">
