A bit disappointed that you, as a writer, didn’t see through the sensationalist aspects of the cleverly worded but specious CNN article.

Allow me:

Excluding the dubious confidential source (refer to cut-&-paste below), there is nothing that gets close to establishing that Aaron Rodgers asserts that the shooting at Sandy Hook had never happened. He was cited as saying that Sandy Hook was a horrible tragedy. Totally different than Alex Jones (whom the article disingenuously attempted to infer that Aaron Rodgers shared A.Jones’ views about the victimized families being ‘actors’).

The usual invectives from leftist CNN about Aaron Rodgers provided sensationalistic, but literary useless, filler material. ‘Ms. Brown, go write a 500 word article that makes Aaron Rodgers look like a nut. Mr. Editor, may I use the usual invectives liberally? Even quoting my ‘anonymous’ source as filler, I’ll struggle to come up with more than 450 words. OK, Ms. Brown, use as many of those invectives as you want, but try to use something other than ‘deranged’ and ‘conspiracy theorist’ more than three times apiece. OK Mr. Editor; BTW, am I overusing the ‘anonymous source / scared of harassment thingy? Heck no, Ms. Brown - that is the foundation of CNN as a ‘news’ outlet. Mr. Editor and Ms. Brown have a good laugh, and off to work goes Ms. Brown.’

Here is the C&P part:

“CNN has spoken to another person with a similar story. This person, to whom CNN has granted anonymity so as to avoid harassment, recalled that several years ago, Rodgers claimed, “Sandy Hook never happened…All those children never existed. They were all actors.”

When asked about the grieving parents, the source recalled Rodgers saying, “They’re all making it up. They’re all actors.”

Aaron Rodgers is ‘out there,’ but to conflate him as being an automaton controlled by Alex Jones … with the ‘anonymous source’ (give me a break) being the lynchpin of the article … only works as reinforcement to non-critical readers who seek reinforcement for their ruminations about Aaron Rodgers.

Requested to remain anonymous because of fear of … get a load of this … harrassment? The usual pathetic excuse for a hack writer to create a fictional person to ‘quote’ and thus add a ‘wow’ factor to the article.

Harrassment? Really? The vast majority of Americans had long ago moved on about Sandy Hook. By far, the popular belief is that the school kid did all of the shooting. It’s not the ‘mainstream’ viewpoint people who get harassed. The harassed ones are those who still won’t accept the Sandy Hook tragedy as having happened exactly as the authorities have portrayed it.

Look at you. In effect, harassing (attempting to ridicule) NJDEV for his skepticism … which he supported by the link which compiled the inconsistencies about the Sandy Hook tragedy that threaten the ‘official’ narrative.

NJDEV’s link, which I will admit to having only listened to ~ half of, is a compilation of individual effoerts from several different independent journalists. Their investigations have unearthed time line inconsistencies, blatantly false testimony from residents … portrayed as key collateral figures … that was woven into the official Sandy Hook chronology, and Google URL date markers to specific articles about the Sandy Hook tragedy that preceded the date of the actual Sandy Hook massacre.

(*). Aaron Rodgers, nor NJDEV, nor I have asserted that the murders never happened. That should be obvious; I hope that it is (for your own credibility’s sake) for you. The unresolved aspects are portrayed very well in NJDEV’s link. ALSO, NJDEV’s link does not disprove the central part of the Sandy Hook narrative, e.g., that the school kid did the killing. The link casts uncertainty about whether the kid did all of the killing, about whether there were advance planning facets to the tragedy that went well beyond the generally accepted account that school kid (directly) and his mother (indirectly) performed the key activities that culminated in the shootings.
