The players are getting paid to work with charities? This seems wrong on all fronts. Pay them for autograph sessions and other things but not charity work. As far as Urban goes, the slime ball has nine lives. OSU and Urban deserve each other.

to the article - "The former Ohio State Buckeyes head coach will be working for THE Foundation, which is aimed at helping student-athletes land name, image and likeness deals". It sounds like a bunch of rich alums (at THE Ohio State University, thus the name of the foundation) are going to pay Urban to use their money to recruit players for OSU. I can see an entire organization sprouting up, to include fund raisers, recruiters, lawyers, accountants, etc. Will we see game day programs listing height, weight, class, NIL income? Heaven help us!

People get paid to work for Charities all the time. As long as the players receive their 1099's and pay their taxes, the NIL system is working.
