Yeah, he played poor and did some dumb stuff.

But we are incapable of running the ball right now.

If half of the team you lead isn’t working then you try and do more.

The kid has heart. He knows he has to play better - and I’m confident he will.

He created a lot of that by not moving up in the pocket or stay there to see the wr’s get open, it’s hard to see when your running the whole time.

He went back to how he played 2 seasons ago last game. It was ugly. But the OL didnt help out at all. The fact that we couldn't run the ball backs this up.

Which is when you take your hot read, which was open time and time again.

Cade just flat out missed open targets over and over.
That’s why Clemson lost.

I saw a few open receivers, but not many. I am not sure we had an effective game plan for that LSU defense.

Definitely hard to run the ball, when you don't hand it off. I've never seen it happen except outside a shovel "pass" or the little flip forward on a jet sweep.

There are multiple formations and ways to run the ball. We tried very little or none of all of it.

Totally agree. The Chad and Scott/Elliott combos were good at this.

Im shocked we don’t ever run the option - but I’m not the coach. Easy to be an armchair expert.

We did better with Chad Morris. GR has not been very impressive in his play calling since he
came to Clemson. Maybe time to move on from him.Quit blaming the players. It all starts
with the coaching.
