1. This team was not only putting in the work they were asked to over the summer, but they went the extra mile. Doesn't seem to translate into a group of guys showing up for only a check?

Summer workouts have always had "Accountability Teams". There are rewards that go to the winning team after summer session comes to a close. If these guys weren't taking it seriously or just going through the motions, why then go after the slacking freshman?
