Unfortunately I agree with you. I hate to a judgement against someone I don't know, especially with something this serious, but something doesn't feel right about this story to me. Why are there 2 witnesses that can back up his story. I thought the attacker was 5'7" or so and Jameis had nothing to do with it. If this was the face of CU football going through this I would be embarrassed if he was still playing on Saturday with alleged rape charges pending.

A few days later she and her lawyer claim that a drunk girl cannot give consent, therefore it was rape.
I have daughters too, and I will teach them to never put themselves in this position.

teach your sons to keep themselves out of Winston's predicament.
Never have sex with someone you don't know. Especially when your are only two years away from signing one of the largest NFL contracts in history.

People of the age of the accuser and/or the witnesses know how tall they are. I'm sure they have been around others that are taller. And I feel they have asked or said to people that were a lot taller than them, gosh, or wow, how tall are you. They would have never described a 6'5" Jameis Winston as being a 5'7" man. I know nothing of or about the victim. I don't know how tall or how intelligent she is. But I would bet the bank and everything in it, that she is smart enough to know the difference between a 5'7" and a 6'5" perpetrator. She said the man that assaulted her was around 5'7". Lets assume she guessed her perpetrators height by her height. She would have never even if she was lying, she wouldn't have described Jameis as being 5'7" tall. The 5'7" description clearly without any doubt to any cop or prosecutor rules out Jameis Winston as the perpetrator who assaulted her. Not only that, Jameis is not only very tall, he is a pretty wide for a Tall man that he is. I think that even a person with a vision or measurement disability wouldn't have ever made such a poor unbelievable description of Jameis Winston as of being a 5'7" individual.

What can the police and Florida State do?
The accuser has "changed her mind". Until she acts, not much can be done. She is in a spot we never hope our daughters are in.
It does seem if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

IMHO she "saw the light" when that big check cleared the bank!!we all have to wonder why it took 11 months for any action on this case??????

the amount of time passing may not call into question her motivation legally but it certainly makes you wonder why now this would be pursued unless someone is looking for a big payday.
