Do you know the state fairgrounds is one of the few in the country that is privately owned...most are owned by the respective states.

whether true or not, it is believable. I don't know how those folks come up with the money they do but if they can buy a program they will.

I doubt hotels and restaurants/bars will impress recruits that much. That money might be better spent on a top tier coach and staff. Heck for that much money build a new stadium next to Willy B and tear down that upside down roach.
