I'm not 70, but 62 ain't no Tiger cub either. If some says I'm old, it's bc they are to young to know any better. My body tells me that my bones have been abused over my 62, honest honestly, my mind still tells me that I can still do what ever I want to. About 3 years ago a 13 year old kid I was mentoring challenged me to a foot race bc I was bragging about how fast I use to be. I did out run his young A$$, but when I was trying to stop I stumbled and turn about 3 or 4 flips across the yard, and I broke 1 rib and cracked two. I had to lay up hardly able to move for 6 weeks. I don't let my mind lie to me like that anymore. But I know I can still get it done if I have to, but call me old bc I am, but I'm also old enough to deal with it. And what you call Spurrier is totally up to you. That's my answer....

I am 65 and I'm old.
Trying to pretend you are not old when you're in your 60's and 70's is a silly sort of mental comb-over. It sounds pretty silly and it fools no one.
I think you other old guys who gave up the bar and have spent decades pumping iron to forestall your inevitable death have wasted a lot of good drinkin' and conversational time, but that's just me. I could be wrong. All you old guys who have run 5 miles a day for the last 40 years are sort of amusing to me too. Running, jumping, pushing iron, skipping the steak, eatin' salads....and folks still think you're old. Sort of sad.

I'm almost 71 and worked out at the Cub
Room at CU from '63 to '67 and today I can bench a pair of 100# Dumbells for ten reps as well as do preacher curls with 120# for 10 reps. It's more than most of the 20 and thirty somethings can do at my gym.
I still weigh 220 at 6 ft.
Along time ago I chose the gym over the bar,maybe the Old Ball Sack should consider doing the same.

Doesn't bother me in the slightest!! My schedule each day is:
Wake up at 6AM sex with the wife and GF
Eat Breakfast
9:AM sex with the wife
Noon: A nooner with the girlfriend
4pm-early dinner
7:30 more sex with the wife and GF
Well at least that's what my mind says but the ole body just can't seem to respond to this hectic sexual schedule!
