I think it's the coach's responsibility to tell his players to stop shooting 3s (when no one could throw a 3-pointer the ocean -- and were much less likely to shoot a 3-pt shot into the basket -- and move ball into the lane.
Isn't that what a coach is supposed to do??

For whatever reason we couldn't crack their defense and Loyola was making 3's out of their behind.

In part because I choose to believe this year’s team was different and got excited to watch the game. I live in Chicago so bonus fun for me when we were to beat them. Turned it off at the half and haven’t watched again so far. You’re welcome.

Very simple. We stood around the arc and took turns missing 3s all night against Loyola. Last night we moved the ball well and played some high-low game and found a lot of open layups on cuts to the basket.

As I recall, the shooting percentages were on opposite ends of the spectrum - Tigers awful and Loyola unreal. Can't believe it was the two defenses. Just one of those games where the starts align - for one team.
