Looking for something 10 miles or so outside of Charlotte headed toward Greenville with no 2 night minimum. Just a group of 3 guys, so nothing fancy.

We’ve done it theee times and appreciated the lower prices and easy out the next morning on I-77. If you don’t have a parking spot, Uber

We’ve done it three times. You’ll need to walk about one block from the stadium for the Uner pick up area.

I’d suggest staying near Carowinds then taking the light rail train in. There’s free parking at the station in Pineville(i485 station).

Maybe grab a room out near the airport - right on 85 as you will head back and only 5-6 miles to the stadium.

Check out the Marriott in Fort Mill on I-77, at S.C. Hwy 160 exit in commercial district called Kingsley. About 15 miles south of the stadium. Nice, and less than $200.

Here's a hotel at a decent price in a much nicer area of town: Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte/Ballantyne. You can easily get on I-485 and take it to I-77 or Independence/Hwy 74 and you're a short drive away from the stadium area. Light rail (Cats) can be extremely crowded after games and it will be VERY cold waiting on the train. Use this site to pre-pay for parking: https://www.parkwhiz.com/bank-of-america-stadium-parking/acc-football-championship-game-1503976/. There are spots for $5 (cheaper and more convenient than light rail). I hope you have a great experience and GO TIGERS!

Weve used the Clarion at the 1-77 Carowinds exit

since Clemson’s 2015 ACCCG games. Decent and good price.

Also I use Parkwhiz for 1410 W Morehead lot -around $20. Long walk to BOA but you’re right at the on ramp to I-77 and avoid all the downtown traffic snarl by the long walk. Also a good lot for tailgating.
