The SEC/BIG can absolutely have it and I hope their fans that have completely had their critical thinking skills removed with the propoganda enjoy what they’ve done to the sport. The suits completely ruined the sport and it’s only going to get worse because they lack the ability to see what they’re doing. I’ll watch this season because I’m invested in this class but after that there’s just no point to continue investing into a product that no longer exist.

Just sucks that Clemson FB will become irrelevant in this new world based off suits.
I just wish we would have left this dump of a conference years ago

Haven’t we been told this for about a year now. Clemson attorneys are just sitting back and doing nothing. While FSU is at least attempting to get out of this #### conference.

.... have been in daily discussions about leaving the ACC since somewhere around the day TX and OU announced they were going to the SEC.
Clemson administration is not stupid. They are not living in the State of Denial. They no the only way forward starts with the way to get out.... of the ACC.

Maybe they are living in a state of reality. Pay millions to get out and no place to go. Might as well wait for the big reorg and save your $.

has been while the Coots step into our paws (even though the thought of this is awful-we stayed too long in a crappie conference and I hate the Coots might get all the glory just because of conference affiliation not 100+ years of excellence) or Clemson makes a move now to secure its position within or in defiance of the Big 2.

I cannot believe the reactions of Tigernet people to this.
Blame the ACC?
This "restructuring" driven by two conferences is a travesty to college football. The NCAA already butchered this with their mishandling and unstructured free-for-all NIL approach.
This kills college football that has been beloved. I would bot call this evolution of college football.
It is more akin to like me more and take my ball and leave. This will change college communities across the nation. Football is typically the revenue driver for all other sports.
And many schools are about to screwed.
College Football is about to become much smaller and less important.

"The CFP’s further delineation of the power structure in the industry likely exacerbates the ACC’s plight in keeping some of its biggest brands from exiting."
"exacerbates the ACC's plight?" Yeesh. This dude needs an editor.
Just say Clemson, FSU and maybe some other brand-name programs are going to leave the ACC.
