Last drive and how to step up in the pocket instead of leaking out of your protection and being willing to throw to your check down. Other than that I was happy with his performance. Definitely correctable and excited to watch him next year. He has the guts, energy, and leadership you want in that position.

He'd been playing against 130 lb little Johnny who he could just outrun and make a play. Not the 260 lb end who is much bigger and faster

I agree. If we can get him to step up rather than 20 yards back like on that pick he will be absolutely lethal. Still, it speaks to the confidence he has in his arm and athletic ability, which is admirable and what you want in a qb.
