They're saying Banks from TN is out of running & no contact w/ Santucci from GT.
Mentioned a potential new candidate who's still coaching a CFP team, which would support Blau from P&C name dropping Golden on Twitter/X. Also mentioned Haines from Indiana. Given our history of running 4-3 & w/ a need for a LB coach, gotta assume it comes down to 1 of these 2

& we do run a good bit of nickel.
Think it's gonna be someone that coaches LBs as well since DC/LB is the biggest hole on staff w/ Goodwin's firing. Poindexter, Leonhard, & Banks are position coaches for safeties (which means still have to fill LB coach & dealing w/ removing/reassigning Conn on top of that). Plus, Leonhard is a 3-4 guy (something Clemson hasn't ran as base D) so would be a schematic change & having to reshuffle deck w/ players & coaches
