Or do they just let the courts (attorneys) handle everything so they can so, "oh well, that's a judicial ruling, there's nothing we can do about it"?

Seriously, I have no idea what role the NCAA has anymore. Seems like any significant decision is either made by some judge somewhere or by ESPN.

they manage the hoops tourney and get many millions from that which they proceed to pay to overpriced lackeys to sit around. They are a complete joke
