Silent Assassin: Hunter Renfrow saves the smack talk for his head coach
Two hours before kickoff at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium in Louisville two weeks ago, wide receiver Hunter Renfrow walked out onto the playing surface and looked for Drew Swinney, the middle son of head coach Dabo Swinney. Lost in his own thoughts, he didn’t hear the jeers from the Louisville faithful as he went through his pregame routine.

Of his experience of going from walk-on to starter on a National Championship team that was a giant killer through hard work and faith to, believe he could. He will be a Clemson NCAA legend for years as he goes on to play for the New England Patriots1
I love the examples he sets for all of us about being the best we can be with the gifts we are given in all walks of life, with God as our guide!

Thx David for the insights and tidbits of my favorite Tiger receiver. What a competitor. His drive and quiet success helps beat our opponents; it's obvious to me at least that so many "experts" are not really, just know-it-alls. I'm so glad many overlook #13!

Clark Kent 2.0...When he puts on his uniform he becomes Superman. Dude must have hands equipped with suction cups like a Gecko and runs routs as precise as a cyborg. Hunter Renforw is a treasure and must be treated as such.

He is the type of kid that will be a terrific coach when the time comes. He is just as humble as DW4 but without all the hype except from Clemson fans.
With that said, two things stand out to me from that story, one, Louisville has some of the worst fans EVER and two, Greg McNobody wouldn't know an elite player if they fell out the sky landed on his face and did the Macarena on it. Just go on with your nose to the grindstone Renfrow and keep being the big game guru! Go Tigers!!

...as any WR we've ever had at Clemson.
He's not as fast as some and not as strong as others, but no Tiger WR was ever better at running his route and catching the ball than Hunter Renfrow.
He will play in the NFL
But, the fact that he's not seen as "elite" is great news for Tiger fans because it just means he'll be around catching passes for us next year instead of leaving early.

Hunter reminds me of a smaller Adam H. Illusive, perfect routes and great hands. He will be playing on Sunday's at some point in time, I too hope that he stays through next year. He is without a doubt one of the most clutch WR's I've ever seen to wear a Clemson jersey.
