I watched the video. Sure, pulled over for speeding but the officer said he took the driver out of the car and asked her about the smell of marijuana then said he was going to search the vehicle.

He probably had more than a little on him, or he was on probation or parole, but whatever it was was enough to make him run. It wasn't just because he was a regular dude with a a half ounce in the car.

that is why many states have laws in place to prevent police officers from chasing a fleeing vehicle.

I drove from Birmingham to Clemson yesterday and it was astounding, the number of vehicles that passed me doing well over 100 mph. 300 mile drive and only saw one cop, but hundreds of speeders racing each other on the freeways.

I tell you, it is crazy. There are lots of videos with wild police pursuits with GA HP, FLHP, TENNESSEE HP. THEY WRECK MANY OF THE PURSUED TO END THE CHASE.
