I know this is prolly going to be an unpopular opinion... but it was too buttery for me. I know you were doing something that someone here posted and a lot of people agreed it was the best way.
I like mine with just a little bit of seasoning cooked medium rare.

And I have never seen or heard of anyone eating collard greens raw. Cooked the way he describes? yes, but never raw.
Am I the crazy one here?
