I agree with Rex. I would much rather buy a better cut of meat and grill it at home. I can’t even remember the last time I had a steak in a restaurant before last night. I can catch a decent NY strip or ribeye on sale at Ingles for probably $10 and it will be much better than that steak I paid $26 for last night.

As we began our game vs ND, I went into the kitchen with the thoughts of making Chicken ‘n Pastry . . . my bride told me that we could not have all those carbs . . . So . . . Chicken ‘n Pastry turned into chicken veggie soup . . .
And then I’m asked to make a cake of cornbread to go with the soup . . . I’m missing something about “carbs”, but the soup and cornbread were delicious!!!
Cosmic Crisp Apples and Chobani Lime yogurt for a dessert/snack later.
