Was going to do the BOI process this past weekend for a couple LLC’s I have, and discovered that there was an injunction last week against it by a federal judge. The requirement is basically frozen now, pending appeal. Seems like the later this goes in January, the better the chance of it never seeing the light of day. You guys think the waiting game will work here? (Obviously if it were overturned I’d complete it right away because I’m not a big fan of $500/day/LLC fines.)

professionals, the question I asked is are they going to publish all of this information like they did with all the PPP stuff.
The consensus in the room was so the gubmint has easy access to all that info, which seems dumb. Whole thing seems dumb, and I'm calling they are totally going to publish all of it at some point if it passes but hopefully Trump will but the squash on it.
Attorneys and CPAs making a killing off of doing it for people, sounds vague and complicated but it's really not. I did all of ours myself and saved about ~10K.
