1) Kenny is a good guy.
2) Kenny works for the SC Attorney General's office.
3) Kenny was shot trying to protect his 5th place ring.

We also know;
1 - Miles lied to police about what happened
2- Miles effectively filed a false police report
3 - Miles begged those he went to for assistance not to notify the police.
4 - Miles received treatment for his injuries from the $CU team doctor.
5 - Spurrier is considering Miles for a Graduate Assistant position with the PeeCock football team and we can't have guys qwith questionable character working for Spurrier or at $CU (rolling eyes).
