I wish him well where ever he derides to go, and I'm way more happier with having TL as our starting QB. If he does go to Aubarn, I wish much success there. But if where ever he goes, and he lays an egg, that will show the country why Dabo changed his starting QB after the 3d game of the season. I just wish that TL would have started the season off as our starter, he would have had way more snaps heading into the championship part of our season!!!! Goooo Tigerssss, Goooo TL!!!!!!

Dabo AND KB played the hand they were dealt. Both took the draw.... then played the hand the way best for themselves.... as they should have. IMHO, the QB situation played out in the most honorable fashion possible, for all involved. Not my circus.....

He may not make it off the bench. He may not complete a forward pass... particularly on Sunday. He will almost certainly come to regret leaving Clemson and he's a little fragile when the chips are down...

Those that pay attention now are the same rubber-neckers that snarl traffic when a wreck happens on the other side of the road.
Here's the deal. KB quit on his brothers. "It was the best decision for him." He's moved on and so have the rest of us. Where he ends up to end his career as a collegiate athlete is moot. It simply doesn't matter. Unless he finds a golden arm somewhere on his journey, he'll play another year at an Also-Ran program and then start his next job at Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
That's just the truth. Deal with it.

If Enterprise Rent-a-car is where you think he will end up then you do not think much of a Clemson degree, which he has obtained. Either that or your just a bitter sorry man.

schools are just gonna step aside and let him have the starting job. That's the only way he'll be satisfied and stay. Ironic that he's more than willing to do to someone else what he quit over here.
I wish him the best, but frankly I'm sick of seeing his name on here. We have an ACC championship to win.

Kelly Bryant will never be supported by Clemson fans or his teammates in the future. I don't care what anybody says. When you leave a team you are essentially saying that you are more about yourself than the team. Dabo said what he had to say regarding Kelly but the way he left is inexcusable. I never thought he was that great of a quarterback anyhow. Hunter Johnson should have started over him.

I've been a TIGER fan for almost 40 years..... since my stepdad took me to my first game....the year they won their last national championship. I was 10, and I knew nothing about football.... but I loved the atmosphere, the fan base, the excitement. I was a faithful TIGER fan from them on. I stayed a fan...and I watched. I watched and I worried, and I dreamed of yesterday. It's here! We are a dominant program again! But I stay humble..... I think of the struggles, the dreams crushed, the great players that have played for Clemson and didn't achieve the ultimate goal. The fans..... they came and went.... but the faithful.... they were the type of people I met that first game (and games since) years ago. Humble, proud to be a TIGER fan (win or lose), and the epitome of what I've grown to love about everything associated with being a Clemson fan. In saying that.....WHOEVER is bad mouthing Kelly Bryant, the young man who led OUR team to another playoff, waited patiently behind Deshaun, and seems to be a heck of a good young man......YOU should be ashamed! And.... you aren't what I consider to be a TRUE Clemson fan!!
*You're probably one of those complaining about not beating USC by enough points!

Based on your age when you saw Clemson win the National Championship we are about the same age. I was with my Dad and we watched it together and I will never forget that, I was about 13. And like you, I became a true fan. Like most fans that grew up in the upstate we are humble and appreciative of those kids. So, either people are jealous or just mean when they through shade on Kelly Bryant.

the line...Bryant started MORE than 18 games for Clemson, and finished 16-2 in those games. Now, if he started MORE than 18, that means his record couldn't be 16-2.

Glad you touched on that point bc, KB's win loss record is shown as being 16-2, IMO his record was 12-2 with his next 4 games being spit with Trevor Lawrence, and with TL actually winning the GT game. But KB gets the credit for winning our 1st 4 games giving him a 16-2 record as a starter. So IMO , the 16-2 record is blurred without the facts!!!

I don't understand why so many Tnetters have issues with Bryant? He knew he wouldn't win the starting role even if the battle was still wide open. Bryant made some emotional comments but nothing too bad. He played as hard as he could last year, he played with a sprained ankle that ultimately got him knocked out! But he gave his all. I think we lose to aTm without Kelly.
The guy will be a graduate, we held our end of the bargain, he played hard and represented Clemson well. We just out-recruited his talent. If we didn't have TL he would still be starting!
I think you "so-called fans" need to remember we are family. He left to better himself, right or wrong but I have no ill feelings for the guy! I wish him success, I hope he finds the QB whisperer and becomes a great NFL QB if that is what he wants. Some fans need to check themselves.

I agree. I don't get it either. He did what was best for him. wWe probably would have 1 loss if it weren't for him. Moreover, now we have TL as the starter who has come a long way and who nobody would start KB ahead of TL. TL doesn't have to share any snaps at all. Just about everyone would rather have Chase Brice as the back up anyway. Kelly didn't want to waste his last year of eligibility holding a clipboard. He thinks he has NFL potential. Of course he doesn't though. He wants to follow his dream as much as possible. Who can blame him? There is no reason for anyone to take issue with KB imo. Everything worked out perfectly.

I’m sick of the press coverage KB is getting, but wouldn’t be surprised if it were one of the reasons he decided to leave Clemson. “If I leave, it’ll be like LeBron going to Miami when I pick my new school!”
