Here is the deal with this NCAA rejection…

If asked I would lean towards the let’s move on phase for CU basketball. With that said, and in Brownell’s defense, I have never seen an ACC team beat the complete dog sh&t outta another team (home, away, neutral site) three times and that team get a bid with identical records.
We beat NCSU at our place, their place, and on a neutral site by a shload of points - and they are in.
We beat Pitt in their gym.
We finished ahead of them in the regular season as well as the conference tournament.
In my humble opinion, this is all complete and utter horse shi@.
Yes we had some bad losses. But we finished where we finished and are deserving.

GO TIGERS

Complete garbage

shiddy teams. Yeah, NCST and PITT should not be in over us, but ultimately we did not do what we knew we had to do, and we have nobody to blame but ourselves.

It’s hard to imagine had we gone 2-1 versus State and replace that one loss with a win over Louisville (where I think we would then have finished 2nd in the ACC(?)), IMO we would’ve been in. Same record just take away the ugly Louisville loss.

Just my guess but man sure seems like the committee doesn’t give near as much weight to the wins as they do the losses.

This. It's hard to fathom.

Not losing to Louisville should be very easy to fathom.

Beating State 3 times (who wasn’t even last four in apparently), should offset that one god awful loss IMO.

I guess I don't believe in losses carrying more weight especially road losses. We can't predict strength of schedule 3 seasons out. Glad you can though.

This team is top 4 in ACC period. That's all I need to know.
