down there for a few years.

Most "coon a$$es" just put them in spray foiled pan and bake in the oven to get hot since most of it is already cooked.

One of the guys in my old hunting club would boil to get hot and then put them on the grill on low heat. He'd prick a couple of holes on each end so they wouldn't pop. Don't overcook though. All you want to do is get 'em hot.

a little char on them in a skillet or on a grill. Squeeze the good stuff out and eat...cajuns'll look at ya funny if ya eat it like a sausage.

Add hot sauce, a little creole mustard, or some cane syrup...follow up with a swig a' cold beer and you'll be feelin' right.
