Coming in all the talk was about Simpson and Carter.. Trotter outplayed both this season. He has been a huge surprise and I have enjoyed watching him get better. Defense will be strong next year with him and Carter leading and a much improved secondary. Hoping we get a few returns on the line but the young talent will get better as the year goes on if we don’t.

Well we have a few elite guys coming in on the D side of the ball. There will be Burley that probably be #2 as soon as they issue his uniform, Woods will be the same, and maybe a starter for Woods. I think we are losing one major piece off the O Line, and this Ian Reed kid could be one coming in that could be a #2, or even a starter shortly after coming in. If everybody signs that is committed, this could be one of those recruiting classes that we see involved with playing on a NC team, seriously!!!

I wouldn't be shocked if he's leaves early for the NFL after next season. He really came on strong this season as the year progressed and, at times, carried the defense. He's exactly what we need in the middle.
