Beamer's Coaching Hurts Tall Heisman Hopeful

"Well, it's 21-3 at halftime, folks. But lemme tell you something: this is not LT's fault. Frank Beamer and company are simply doing a terrible job of using their QB's height as an advantage. Thomas towers over everybody and should have much better stats right now. And his receivers are giving him no help, failing to catch up to passes being fired out of that superman arm. But LT is still a Heisman contender right now. The only true hurdle he should have to overcome is FSU's all-universe defense. He's a brilliant QB. Beamer and the VT receivers just can't catch up with his mental and physical gifts. By the way, we're out of dijon mustard. You'll have to settle for regular with mayo."
