I liked Lee. Thought he was a great hire. I don’t know why it did not work with him. I understand the need to move on, but I hate that part of sports.

batting coach or replacing the pitching coach. Jack was replaced for the same reason

Sad as it might be, something wasn’t working. Time to move on. Monte will land on his feet. To much of a class act not to.

He lost to many recruits to the Major League, and had a poor fallback program.
Our scholarship situation has to improve, these kids are getting 1/2 scholarships or less and are sacrificing so much.

If we had a program to help them with the rest of the money it would help recruiting tremendously.

I’m sure Neff is on it like white on rice!

but that turned-out not to be the case.

The team retrogresses un CML especially the hitting and the pitching.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

It didn’t work out because he couldn’t get A-list players and couldn’t develop the players he got.
Especially pitchers, at this level these kids coming out of HS throw fastballs and curves.
The ones that make it develop a third pitch used as their out pitch.
