5 years. Boulder is a nice play to live. PAC12 should be the type of conference he can win games in. He leaves for a more prestigious school in 5 years.

He won't be there more than 3 years. He's either going to do well and take another job after 2-3 seasons or he's going to be a disaster and get fired after 2-3 seasons.

I doubt his antics are going to play well in Boulder, plus as everybody knows, it's one thing to be "prime time" while beating up on Prairie View A&M, but playing the Oregon's and Washington's is a whole new deal. He'll stop being the media darling real quick when he's 1-10.

Not sure but I don’t think it will be a long tenure. I do think it ends either with a promotion or the place burns down.

My guess is he leaves a dumpster fire. The Bible says pride comes before the fall.
