Enjoying a performance on its individual merit is another thing entirely. Would you watch Trevor play if he was terrible? Of course not. And no matter how bad they are at it, should the Jaguars organization not be aspiring to championships? Plenty of coaches can make Clemson basketball solid representatives of the University. Larry Shyatt can do that. You can’t brag on a coaches wins relative to his predecessors then pretend it’s just about supporting your University. Any sports organization (college, pro, amateur) should be efforting to win championships and continuously make the steps it thinks best enables that. This shouldn’t remotely be controversial.

I’ve admitted that he seems to have found a knack for using the portal, haven’t called for his firing, and under no circumstances would call for his firing now at the conclusion of this season, no matter how it ends. Allowat bumps old posts specifically because NO ONE is currently complaining about Brownell. Then, one of you, attempt to relitigate things that are irrelevant to the current state of the program. If you’d (collectively) #### there’d be no issue. My being wrong last year doesn’t make the rest of you right from 2013-2022.

And it also requires knowledge of specifics beyond what he put in his example. Makes much more sense now. You whine and complain about the hours I must have spent parsing data, when I probably only used about 20, maybe 30 minutes of my time.
I will assume you are still using an abacus to calculate all your musings. I would recommend placing your data into a spreadsheet and using the tools provided to make your work easier. It's not that hard. And don't forget to save it for future reference.

In other words, if you ain’t first, you’re last? I view that as a sad way to live. I greatly enjoyed our playoff game last year even though we lost to Texas as it was progress. I loved our run to the sweet 16 and elite eight even though we did not win it all. Our two wins at UNC were great but no rings. If you can’t find joy in the journey then why bother as most seasons end without a ring

A week from Wed 68 teams will start the quest for rings. One team will get them. There's a high probability CU won't get any. The combo of odds and lack of top tier talent is why. Just like Wake or Virginia or Vandy or Kentucky will never win a football natty. Never happen in the next 100 yrs. For us to make E8 or F4 is serious overachieving.

True but according to the OP, we are suppose to be sad we did not win it all. Maybe we should fire our coach then hire a better coach who will demand a facility refresh, more NIL $ and more money for staff.
