The U.S. has zero jurisdiction in El Salvador.

This is one point the board geniuses never discuss. Even if he is sent there by mistake, he is not a U.S. citizen and if El Salvador states that they will not place him illegally back into the U.S., that is their prerogative.

Yeah best case for the left here is he is sent back to the US and then immediately deported elsewhere. He'll never be a poor oppressed "Maryland man" again.

The guy does not belong here and should have been deported without any further to-do.
He should not have been sent to El Salvador, and sending him there was wrong.

He was granted, by a court, the right to live and work legally in the United States. In 2019, during the first Trump Administration.

He entered illegally, and as a matter of principle and common sense, in my opinion, he should be deported.
I would obey said ruling, but I disagree with it, and it makes no difference, once again, which side issued it. For the 100th time, whether or not things are right or wrong is not determined by what Trump (or any political "side") says or thinks.

He entered illegally at the age of 16

Because he feared for his life from gang threats. He's lived in the U.S. almost as long as he lived in El Salvador. The gang threatened his mother with extortion from her business, and if she didn't pay, they would either force him into the gang or kill him. So she sent him here.
He was granted protection from deportation so that he wasn't killed. He had been arrested while looking for work. He married a citizen and had two children with her. He had tried to get asylum status but filed it too late, which is why the judge gave him protective status.
Let's maybe apply a little more thought into this than just a "He's illegal! Deport him!" You're playing right into the hands of the intentional ignorance the Trump admin and right wing news is spreading. And yes, this is a Fox News narrative.
He wasn't supposed to be deported. Everyone involved, even the Trump admin, has said so. All the judges have said so. Yet you're still beating this drum.

MS-13 is designated as a terrorist organization.
Your Maryland resident was a member of MS-13 who entered the USA illegally, and since being in the US has been found to have committed violence on his spouse.
He was extradited to El Salvador via an administrative error; he was already a criminal in El Salvador.
Since when does the USA extradite another country’s criminals?
Do we launch an invasion of El Salvador? That ought to make the Uniparty’s defense contractor cronies happy.

And if it was an error, it's hard to say that the last couple of days trying to manage the fallout have been a success. It's also hard to say that there's been a concerted effort from the administration to correct the error. Wouldn't you agree?

What would you recommend that we do to get El Salvador to release one of their own criminals to the USA?
Hint: Going to war with El Salvador’s seems like a great idea, doesn’t it?

No pressure needed. All Trumpty has to do is say “Mr cool dictator we need you to release the cat we deported by mistake.” He would be back in this country the following day. The problem is not that Trump can’t, he just doesn’t want to. Anybody that thinks a war with El Salvador would be a PROBLEM for us is a fool. We could wipe them out real quick.

Forget the judiciary. Forget the legislative branch. Forget the INS. Forget the constitution.
I think The United States should follow whatever Trump wants to do. Since 38.765% of the people in the United States voted for him he should be able to do anything he wants.
The only thing that could mess up my life right now would be if there was a girl peeing in the stall next to me or if my teenage daughter played a lacrosse game and there was a guy on the other team. OMG!
Go for it Don. We trust you. You have helped so many people. Keep it up.
